Akitsushima

Akitsushima (秋津洲, あきつしま) is a character in the game "Kantai Collection" (艦隊これくしょん, also known as KanColle), a Seaplane Tender. She is characterized by her long purplish-grey side ponytail with an ahoge, a long hair ribbon with two dangling anchors on her right, and purple eyes. She often ends her sentences with "kamo (かも)." In the game, Akitsushima is primarily responsible for supporting large flying boat operations and providing at-sea resupply. She treasures her Type 2 Flying Boat, affectionately referring to it as "Nishiki-Taitei-chan" or simply "Taitei-chan." Akitsushima has a somewhat scatterbrained personality, occasionally appearing a bit lost. While her attack power might not be particularly high, she excels at rear support. She's also self-conscious about whether her camouflage is too flashy. Her remodeled form, Akitsushima Kai, offers improved capabilities. Akitsushima's character design and voice acting are well-loved, making her a charming character in "Kantai Collection." She has also appeared in "Kantai Collection" anime and manga.
