Hagikaze

Hagikaze (はぎかぜ) is a character from the game *Kantai Collection* (KanColle), a member of the Kagerou-class destroyers as its 17th ship. She is known for her long purple hair styled in a side ponytail with an ahoge, and yellow eyes. Hagikaze wears an outfit similar to other Kagerou-class destroyers, including a white blouse, black vest, and red neck ribbon. In the game, Hagikaze is a serious, slightly anxious, and caring character, especially towards her comrade Arashi. She is also known for her dedication to healthy eating, often preparing healthy dishes. Historically, Hagikaze participated in the Pacific War, including the Battle of Midway and the Solomon Islands Campaign. She was ultimately sunk at the Battle of Vella Gulf. In KanColle, she expresses fear of night battles, reflecting her historical fate. Belonging to the 4th Destroyer Division alongside Arashi, she often mentions Arashi in her lines. She also has connections to Kaga, due to their similar hairstyle, and also because of historical events with Maikaze.
