I-13

I-13 (い13) is a ship girl character in the game "Kantai Collection" (艦隊これくしょん -艦これ-, KanColle), categorized as a Type Ko-gata Modified 2 Submarine Aircraft Carrier. She is a relatively rare character in the game, known for carrying the Seiran floatplane bombers and her unique artwork. I-13 is characterized by her high torpedo stat and decent scouting ability, although her anti-air capability is zero. She primarily functions in night battles and submarine warfare, attacking during the Opening Torpedo Salvo, Closing Torpedo Salvo, and Night Battle. After remodeling to I-13 Kai, she gets improved stats and capacity to equip more gear, further increasing her combat prowess. Her voice lines reveal some background about her participation in the Saiun transport operation "Hikari", although her memories are blurry, adding a touch of mystery to her. Players usually need to obtain her through special events or in specific map locations, making her a sought-after ship girl for many players of "Kantai Collection". She is voiced by Ayaka Imamura in the game.
