I-14

I-14 is a character in the game "Kantai Collection" (KanColle). She is the second ship of the Japanese Type-AM submarines from World War II. In the game, I-14 is depicted as an energetic, proud, and somewhat childish girl, contrasting with her more meek sister I-13. She is often portrayed as a drunkard due to historical accounts of parties held on her submarine. I-14 has a distinct character design including brown eyes, short black hair, and a school swimsuit with "イ１４" on the hip. She wears a headset hat shaped like a submarine bow, a miniature submarine sail on her left arm, and toeless high-heeled boots. Historically, I-14 was commissioned late in the war and participated in transport missions, though she did not complete her final attack mission. Her design is often compared to the Pokémon Garchomp by fans. Like other submarine ship girls, she primarily relies on torpedo attacks in combat.
