Gotland

Gotland is a ship girl (kanmusu) in the game Kantai Collection (KanColle), based on the Swedish Navy's seaplane tender HSwMS Gotland. She is known for her distinctive Nordic appearance and personality, and she possesses a Fairey Seafox seaplane that is crucial to her special abilities. Gotland's in-game role is that of a light cruiser/seaplane tender, capable of performing a variety of missions, including reconnaissance, anti-submarine warfare, and fleet support. She was not one of the original ship girls to join the game, but was added through later events and missions, making her a prized addition to player fleets. Her remodeled form, Gotland andra, further enhances her combat capabilities and utility, allowing her to play a key role in various battles. Due to her unique background and abilities, Gotland has a considerable following among Kantai Collection fans.
