Fletcher

Fletcher is a character in "Kantai Collection" (艦隊これくしょん, also known as KanColle), personifying the lead ship (DD-445) of the US Navy's Fletcher-class destroyer. Designed by ZECO, she is characterized by her blonde hair, blue eyes, and voluptuous figure, wearing an off-shoulder blue top with a sailor collar, a white pleated skirt, metal leg guards, and red rudder shoes. She is often depicted carrying a net, referencing her historical involvement in rescuing survivors of the USS Northampton during the Battle of Tassafaronga. Fletcher is portrayed as cheerful and refers to herself as "Lucky 13", stemming from her ship's miraculous survival during the Naval Battle of Guadalcanal where she was the 13th ship in line and all the associated numbers added up to 13. She has multiple forms in the game including the remodeled versions Fletcher Kai, Fletcher Kai Mod.2 and Fletcher Mk.II, each with different abilities and equipment which can be switched based on the need. As the first non-Japanese destroyer in the game to receive a second remodel, she exhibits high versatility in anti-air, anti-submarine, and night combat.
