Atlanta

Kantai Collection (艦隊これくしょん -艦これ-), also known as KanColle (艦これ), is a Japanese free-to-play web browser game developed by Kadokawa Games and published by DMM.com. In this game, players assume the role of an admiral, collecting and training anthropomorphic World War II warships known as "Kanmusu" (fleet girls) to form fleets and engage in battles. Among these, Atlanta (アトランタ) is a Kanmusu based on the USS Atlanta, the lead ship of the Atlanta-class light cruisers of the US Navy. Atlanta is categorized as an anti-air cruiser in the game and is renowned for her exceptional anti-aircraft capabilities, especially her skill in utilizing anti-air cut-in attacks to counter enemy aerial units. Her character is depicted as a somewhat passive girl with a dislike for night battles, yet she exhibits tremendous power in anti-aircraft warfare. Atlanta’s artwork and voice acting reflect her unique personality and historical background. Furthermore, her equipment configuration and anti-air prowess in the game are focal points for players. Her arrival has introduced new tactical options to the game and further enriched the KanColle universe.
