Washington

Washington is a character from the game "Kantai Collection" (艦隊これくしょん, KanColle), representing the US Navy's North Carolina-class battleship USS Washington (BB-56). Designed by artist ZECO and voiced by Yuka Ootsubo, she is characterized by her long silver hair, slightly arrogant expression, and mature personality. She wears a naval-style uniform, which changes color upon remodeling. Washington has a rivalry with South Dakota, reflecting the historical competition between the ships' crews. In the game, Washington excels at cooking, particularly coffee and seafood, and is also mindful of vegetable intake. She has multiple limited-edition appearances, such as swimsuit mode, spring casual wear mode, and Valentine's mode. In battle, Washington has good durability and luck, with lower fuel consumption compared to South Dakota. She is also very caring towards the Admiral, showing more affection after marriage. Washington is loved by players for her unique personality and connection to history within KanColle.
