Inagi

Inagi (いなぎ) is a Kanmusu character from the game "Kantai Collection" (艦隊これくしょん, KanColle). She is a "Coastal Defense Ship" type Kanmusu, which are generally weaker ship types in the game, but possess a high anti-submarine warfare (ASW) stat and primarily use ASW equipment. Inagi's remodeled form (Kai Ni) is displayed in the game as "Kai Ukuru-class", although her original ship class is Ukuru-class. Like other Kanmusu, Inagi's character design is an anthropomorphized version of a World War II warship, depicted as a cute girl. Her personality is generally characterized by loyalty and a strong sense of responsibility, with the desire to protect towns and people, even at the cost of her own life. Her lines reflect this determination, such as: "I will protect the town and its people... Even if it costs me this body!" (町も、人も……私が守ります。この身に代えてもッ！). Inagi's illustrations and CGs are updated with different versions for various events and holidays, such as limited autumn and Christmas versions.
