Ranger

Ranger (レンジャー) is a Kanmusu character from the game "Kantai Collection" (艦隊これくしょん, KanColle). She is based on the USS Ranger (CV-4), an interwar United States Navy aircraft carrier, and is one of the first American carriers to appear in the game. In the game, Ranger appears as a blonde, blue-eyed girl dressed in a uniform resembling that of the U.S. Navy, presenting an elegant and polite demeanor. While initially exhibiting a gentle personality, she shows a contrasting side when drinking, becoming more lively and boisterous. Her lines often include English phrases, a nod to her American identity. A distinctive feature of Ranger is her flight deck with six retractable funnels, a unique characteristic among Kanmusu. Her addition has enriched the game's character roster and has made her a popular character among players.
