Shirakumo

Shirakumo is a character from the game "Kantai Collection" (KanColle), personifying the Shirakumo, the eighth Fubuki-class destroyer of the former Japanese Navy. She is designed by the artist Shibafu and voiced by Sumire Uesaka. Shirakumo is depicted as a girl with long white hair and gray eyes, wearing a standard white sailor uniform with a blue collar and pleated skirt, which is common among Fubuki-class destroyers. She is characterized by a polite, somewhat old-fashioned manner of speech, using formal language and referring to the Admiral as "Teitoku-sama." Shirakumo was first implemented in the August 2023 event as a reward for clearing the front map. She initially appears as a member of the 12th Destroyer Division of the 3rd Torpedo Squadron, but after remodeling, she joins the 9th Destroyer Division of the 1st Torpedo Squadron. In terms of stats, her initial parameters are similar to other Fubuki-class destroyers, but she has a higher luck stat after remodeling, making her the highest among the Fubuki-class Kai versions. Her initial equipment includes the 12.7cm twin gun mount Type A, the 61cm triple (oxygen) torpedo, and the Type 95 depth charge.
