Bayman

Bayman, known in the Dead or Alive series as a ruthless mercenary, is a master of Combat Sambo. He first appeared in the 1996 arcade version of Dead or Alive. Although he was an unlockable character in Dead or Alive 2, he has been part of the main roster since Dead or Alive 3. Once a hired killer for Victor Donovan, Bayman seeks revenge after being betrayed by his former employer. He is notorious for assassinating Fame Douglas and is known for his tough fighting style and complex backstory in the DOA tournaments. Bayman's past is shrouded in mystery; he was trained as a special agent in the Russian military and became a cold-blooded assassin and mercenary after a series of tragedies. His appearance has evolved throughout the series, from his initial streamlined look to the battle-worn persona in Dead or Alive 5, complete with scars. Bayman's character development showcases his evolution from a simple hitman to a complex figure on a path of revenge and self-redemption.
