Bass

Bass Armstrong, often shortened to Bass, is a character in the Dead or Alive series. He is a retired professional wrestler and the father of Tina Armstrong. Bass first appeared as a playable character in the PlayStation remake of the first Dead or Alive. Throughout the series, Bass consistently tries to stop his daughter, Tina, from abandoning her wrestling career to pursue her dreams of becoming a Hollywood star. He is known for his large physique and overprotective nature towards his daughter, often entering the Dead or Alive tournaments to prevent Tina from pursuing other professions. Bass is depicted in the games as a tall, muscular character with long blonde hair and a beard, resembling American wrestler Hulk Hogan. While sometimes stubborn, Bass's love for his daughter is apparent, and he simply wants her to stay as a wrestler and fulfill her potential.
