AncientGreymon, known as エンシェントグレイモン in Japanese, is an Ancient Dragon Digimon from the Digimon franchise. It possesses the 'Flame' attribute and is one of the Ten Legendary Warriors who saved the ancient Digital World. It is said to be a Mega-level Digimon that existed in the distant past, with power surpassing that of modern Megas, truly an 'Ultimate' being. Its abilities were later passed on to the Dragon Digimon of the Greymon-species. In the previous holy war, it survived to the end alongside AncientGarurumon and sealed away Lucemon. AncientGreymon's special moves include 'Gaia Tornado', where it gathers the spirit of the earth to create a tornado, and 'Omega Burst', a massive explosion accompanied by an intense flash. It appears in various Digimon media, such as the anime Digimon Frontier, where its spirit was used to create Agnimon and Vritramon. It also appears in various games, like Digimon Story: Lost Evolution and Digimon Links. Its design incorporates features from Agunimon and BurningGreymon, featuring flaming wings and armor.
