Ancient Sphinxmon

Ancient Sphinxmon (エンシェントスフィンクモン) is an Ancient Mythical Beast Digimon from the Digimon franchise, possessing the attribute of "Darkness" and is one of the Ten Legendary Warriors who saved the ancient Digital World. Existing since the distant past, it is one of the first Mega-level Digimon and is considered the opposite of AncientGarurumon. Feared as a “deadly dark beast,” it rules over the destruction and annihilation of all living and formed things. Its abilities were inherited by other Mythical Beast and Demon Beast Digimon. Its signature attacks include 'Dark Blast,' a destructive ray emitted with a roar, and 'Necro Eclipse,' an ultimate annihilation technique that envelops enemies in the darkness of death. Ancient Sphinxmon appears in various Digimon media, including anime, manga, and video games. In Digimon Frontier, its spirit was used to create Lowemon and KaiserLeomon. In Digimon Ghost Game, it turned humans into stone slabs, attempting to build a pyramid and bring the ancient Digital World into the human world. It has various evolution paths and appearances in games.
