Chaosmon

Chaosmon (カオスモン) is a unique Digimon in the Digimon series. Normally, when Digimon DNA digivolve (Jogress), their DigiCores completely fuse, creating a new Digimon. However, Chaosmon retains the DigiCores of its pre-evolution Digimon, maintaining its form in an incomplete state. This makes it a singularity that "should not exist" in the Digital World, a 'bug' according to the Digital World's 'Central Dogma'. Its extremely unstable existence leads to a short lifespan, supposedly due to error-erasing programs released by the Digital World's management system. Chaosmon is often formed from the DNA digivolution of BanchoLeomon and Darkdramon, with its arms reflecting traits of these Digimon. Its special attacks include the "Haou Ryoudan Ken" from the "BAN-TYO Blade" on its "Bancho Arm" and "Dark Prominence" from the "Gigastick Cannon" on its "Darkdra Arm". Chaosmon's design aimed to create a Digimon rivaling Omnimon X. Initially conceptualized as a fusion of Armagemon and Imperialdramon called "Black Omegamon," it evolved through multiple design iterations. Chaosmon appears in various Digimon video games.
