King Etemon

King Etemon, known in Japanese as キングエテモン, is a fictional character in the Digimon franchise. He proclaims himself as the "King of Etemon," a higher form of Etemon, even going so far as to call himself the "King of Kings." King Etemon is clad in a flamboyant monkey suit with the characters "Great King" emblazoned on his chest, but his ostentatious actions and arrogant attitude often draw ridicule from other Digimon. Despite this, King Etemon's strength is not to be underestimated. He is a Virus-type Puppet Digimon, often considered a formidable enemy in games. In Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Hacker's Memory, King Etemon's special move is "Monkey Wrench," and his support skill reduces physical damage taken. King Etemon typically evolves from Etemon, though different games may offer alternative evolution paths. He frequently appears throughout various Digimon media, showcasing his presence as a powerful antagonist or unique character.
