Cerberumon (ケルベロモン) is a Dark Animal Digimon from the Digimon franchise, whose name and design are derived from the mythological Cerberus, the guardian of the underworld in Greek mythology. It is often called the "Watchdog of Hell." Cerberumon's claws are incredibly hard, capable of tearing through low-purity Chrome Digizoid alloys. It has a hard, living shell that can instantly repair any damage it sustains. The armor on its shoulders possesses sentience, able to detect attacks from any direction and report them to its central body. Cerberumon appears as an antagonist in various Digimon anime, manga, and games, and has many different forms and abilities. Cerberumon can evolve into several different forms, including Anubimon and Beelzebumon. The Digimon’s role and abilities vary depending on the specific work. For instance, in "Digimon Frontier," it's the first hostile Digimon that the protagonists encounter. In "Digimon Ghost Game," Cerberumon serves Lilithmon and kidnaps humans. Additionally, Cerberumon has a "Werewolf Mode," which was seen in "Digimon Ghost Game," granting it enhanced combat capabilities. Cerberumon is typically depicted as a black, canine-like Digimon with three heads, reflecting its inspiration from Cerberus.
