Sakuyamon: Miko Mode

Sakuyamon: Miko Mode, also known as Sakuyamon: Maid Mode (サクヤモン：巫女モード), is a special form of Sakuyamon in the Digimon franchise. In this mode, Sakuyamon is adorned in traditional Miko attire, representing her role in performing Shinto rituals and listening to divine will. While Sakuyamon in Miko Mode rarely engages in direct combat, her ability to exorcise evil spirits is significantly enhanced. She utilizes attacks such as 'Izuna,' where she attacks with the four kuda-gitsune carried on her waist, and 'Amethyst Mandala,' striking the ground with the Kongou Shakujou, spreading powerful energy. This form has appeared across various Digimon media, including anime, manga, video games, and card games, such as 'Digimon Tamers' and 'Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth.' Miko Mode represents a spiritual elevation of Sakuyamon, embodying her sacred duty as a guardian and purifier in the Digital World. There are also corresponding cards in the Digimon card game.
