Zanmetsumon

Zanmetsumon is a Beast Dragon Digimon of the Perfect level in the Digimon series. It is a master swordsman Digimon wielding five blades – one in each of its four hands and one on its tail. It constantly wanders the Digital World, solely focused on honing its swordsmanship and engaging in battles daily. Zanmetsumon's attacks are diverse and difficult to defend against, capable of unleashing slashes from all directions, making it challenging for even skilled opponents to completely evade. Its special moves include 'Goren Danreizan,' a combo attack using all five blades, and 'Goju Rasendachi,' which simultaneously slices from five directions. It also possesses the 'Gokumon-Shibari' technique, where it emits a massive roar from the mouth on its body to restrict enemy movement. However, it rarely uses this move as it believes in defeating foes only through swordsmanship. Zanmetsumon first appeared in the Digimon Reference Book on November 24, 2022 and became active in 2022. It is also featured in devices like the Vital Bracelet BE. Its name derives from the Japanese word 'Zanmetsu,' meaning 'slash annihilation'.
