Siesamon

Siesamon (シーサモン) is an Animal Digimon from the Digimon franchise, inspired by the Okinawan mythical creature, the Shisa. It possesses the power to ward off calamity and displays immense strength against evil. Siesamon is an ally to the kind-hearted and will protect its Tamer, even at the cost of its own life. Despite its heroic appearance, Siesamon is usually docile, enjoying basking in the sunlight, which is crucial for recharging its life energy. Its signature move, "Sekkantou," acts as a firewall, temporarily preventing evil viruses from invading. Its special move, "Tiida Ija," unleashes countless holy arrows of sunlight. The X-Antibody form of Siesamon is clad in golden armor that shines brighter the longer it soaks in sunlight, creating a barrier that repels attacks from Demon-species Digimon. The red hue of its tail indicates its energy level. Its X-Antibody special move is “Koryūkyū”, transforming into a ball of light and charging at evil. Siesamon first appeared in 2019 and has appeared in various Digimon games such as Digimon Tamers: Battle of Adventurers and the Digimon Story series.
