Snimon

Snimon (スナイモン) is an Insectoid Digimon from the Digimon franchise, first appearing in Digital Monster Ver.WS. It is an experimental Digimon created at a research facility as a Virus Hunter, based on the data of praying mantises. Snimon possesses a cold, unfeeling personality, tracking its targets with precise machine-like efficiency, making it feared by both Vaccine and Data-attribute Digimon. The scythes on its arms are extremely sharp, capable of slicing through anything. Despite lacking eyes, its red antennae act as sensors, accurately pinpointing target locations. Its signature move is the supersonic attack "Shadow Sickle", often depicted as a kamaitachi-like energy wave. Snimon appears in numerous Digimon series, notably as a villain under Myotismon in Digimon Adventure, and as the chief of the Wind Factory in Digimon Frontier. It is also a recurring Digimon in video games, sometimes as an obtainable Digimon and often as an enemy. Although it is frequently portrayed as a villain, it is categorized as a Virus Buster.
