Soulmon

Soulmon (ソウルモン) is a Ghost Digimon of the Virus type, typically classified as an Adult level in the Digimon franchise. It resembles a ghost covered in a white sheet, wearing a large black wizard's hat that conceals its face, revealing only sharp teeth. Soulmon's design is derived from absorbing data from wizards in fantasy stories, and its black hat greatly enhances its magical power, making it adept at curses and magic attacks. Soulmon's attacks include 'Dark Claw,' which can pull enemies into hell, 'Necro Magic,' which throws the souls of the dead at opponents, and 'Finishing Trance,' which drops a huge skull. Despite its potent magical abilities, Soulmon tends to prefer using trickery and pranks rather than direct combat. It has appeared in various Digimon media, including the 'Digimon Frontier' anime as a resident of the Fortuneteller Village and as an antagonistic force in 'Digimon Data Squad,' causing trouble for the protagonists. Soulmon also frequently appears in Digimon games as either a collectible or an enemy.
