Chocomon

Chocomon (チョコモン) is a Baby II-level Digimon from the Digimon franchise. Its name is derived from the Japanese word for “chocolate” (チョコレート, chokorēto). Physically, Chocomon evolves from Cocomon, retaining its cone-like shape but developing a body and teardrop-shaped ears. It lacks limbs. In terms of personality, Chocomon contrasts with the energetic Gummymon, being more docile. Interestingly, despite their differing personalities, they always act in unison. Chocomon is described as an existence of unified mind and flesh, and temporary separation can weaken it due to loneliness. Chocomon has appeared in various Digimon media, including as one of Wallace’s partner Digimon in the anime Digimon Adventure 02: Hurricane Touchdown!! / Supreme Evolution!! The Golden Digimentals, and as the Baby form of Shaochung's partner Digimon in Digimon Tamers. It has also made appearances in Digimon Xros Wars and several video games and trading card games.
