Dobermon

Dobermon is a Digimon from the Digimon franchise, whose name and design are derived from the Doberman Pinscher dog breed. It is a Dark Animal Digimon that was originally a Virus type but mutated into a Vaccine type. Despite being a Vaccine, Dobermon is a ferocious Digimon, similar to Snimon, existing solely to hunt Virus Digimon and is difficult for a Tamer to control. Dobermon's body is primarily black, with brown fur around its muzzle, paws, and inner body. It has piercing red eyes, a metal collar with spikes, and blades jutting from the back of each paw. Gear-like protrusions are on its spine and knees, and a red gem is in each thigh. Dobermon has different roles and backgrounds in various Digimon series, such as being Alice McCoy's partner and a messenger of the Four Holy Beasts in *Digimon Tamers*, and also appearing in *Digimon Frontier* and *Digimon Fusion*. Dobermon also appears in several Digimon games and can evolve through various methods.
