Dokimon (ドキモン) is a Slime Digimon from the Digimon franchise, first appearing in 2020. It is born from human vital data and although its appearance may not seem special, its entire body vibrates at a steady rhythm when picked up. This rhythm is said to reflect the heartbeat of whoever is holding it. When Dokimon senses danger, it threatens enemies by emitting static electricity from the tip of its horn, a move called "Static Shock". Dokimon is a Baby I level Digimon with either a None or Free attribute. It has appeared in various Digimon media, including virtual pet devices, anime, manga, and video games. The name Dokimon is derived from the Japanese onomatopoeia "dokidoki," which represents a fast or pulsating heartbeat. In the "Vital Bracelet Digital Monster" virtual pet, Dokimon can evolve into Bibimon. Dokimon's existence enriches the Digimon universe, showcasing the connection between the Digital World and the human world, as well as the interaction between Digimon and humans.
