KnightChessmon (White) is a Puppet Digimon from the Digimon franchise, designed after the white Knight chess piece. It is skilled at throwing giant darts, and while weak in close combat, it possesses strong, thoroughbred-like legs that allow it to jump over and confuse opponents. Its catchphrase is "Joust!". KnightChessmon (White)'s special moves include Big Darts, Gallop Whole, and Knight Lancer.
In the Digimon anime, KnightChessmon (White) is the partner Digimon of Megumi Shirakawa in Digimon Savers. It also appears in Digimon Xros Wars: The Young Hunters Who Leapt Through Time, where it helps a boy to gather greed to become stronger, eventually evolving into KnightChessmon (Black). It appears in several Digimon video games as an evolvable Digimon or a card, with several evolution paths.
It is generally depicted as a curious and helpful Digimon, but can become power-hungry if exposed to human greed.
