Punimon

Punimon (プニモン) is a Baby I Digimon from the Digimon franchise, characterized by its small, red, gelatinous body and three feeler-like protrusions on its head. Its name derives from the Japanese word "punipuni," which means "squishy." Although Punimon is unable to battle, it can produce resilient, acidic bubbles to intimidate opponents. It often appears as a newly hatched Digimon and is the Baby I form of Gabumon. Punimon has made appearances across various Digimon anime series, manga, video games, and virtual pets. Notably, it is the partner Digimon of Ishida Yamato in the Digimon Adventure anime series. Punimon evolves into Tunomon, and in different games, it can evolve into other Digimon like Nyaromon, and Pukamon. Punimon is a recurring character in many Digimon works, making it one of the more well known Baby Digimon in the franchise.
