Bokomon

Bokomon (ボコモン) is a fictional character in the Digimon franchise, first appearing in Digimon Frontier. He is a Mutant Digimon resembling an old man, always wearing a haramaki. Bokomon is known for his vast knowledge, carrying a thick book called the "Monoshiri Book," which contains information about the Digital World, though he rarely consults it. While not a strong fighter, Bokomon is typically boisterous and lively, but surprisingly reliable and serious when needed. In Digimon Frontier, Bokomon is an inseparable partner with Neemon, and together they follow the protagonists on their adventures, with Bokomon often acting as a narrator, providing essential background information. Bokomon has also appeared in other Digimon works, such as Digimon Adventure:, where he appears as a character with knowledge, underscoring his importance as a scholar in the Digital World. Additionally, Bokomon appears as an NPC or collectible Digimon in some Digimon games.
