Minomon

Minomon (ミノモン) is a Larva Digimon of the In-Training level in the Digimon franchise. It is characterized by its brown, cocoon-like shell that encases most of its body, with only its head protruding. Minomon possesses cutting tools in its mouth, enabling it to consume plants. A single hair-like antenna grows from the top of its head, which it uses to cling to higher places. Minomon has a docile and rather emotionless demeanor. In the Digimon stories, Minomon is the evolved form of Leafmon and can further evolve into Wormmon, Kokuwamon, Tentomon, or Kunemon. It has made appearances in anime series such as Digimon Adventure 02, Digimon Tamers, Digimon Frontier, Digimon Xros Wars, and Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna, as well as in various Digimon video games as a recruitable or enemy Digimon. The name "Minomon" comes from the Japanese word "minomushi," referring to a bagworm moth larva.
