Mercuremon

Mercuremon (メルキューレモン) is a fictional character in the Digimon franchise, typically classified as a Mutant Digimon. He first appeared in "Digimon Frontier" as one of the antagonists, serving under Cherubimon. Mercuremon possesses power over steel and is known for his cunning tactics, using reflective surfaces to his advantage. His trademark weapons are the "Shields of Irony" on his arms. He is portrayed as a devious and calculating character, often hiding his true intentions and treating his enemies with theatrical flair. In "Digimon Frontier," Mercuremon absorbs Seraphimon's data, evolving into Black Seraphimon, and later into Sakkakumon, attempting to defeat the main characters with psychological warfare, before ultimately being defeated and purified. A different version of Mercuremon also appeared in "Digimon Savers," residing at the Infinity Ice Ridge, where he cared for Ikuto Noguchi and Falcomon. He was eventually deleted by Kurata's forces. Mercuremon appears in multiple Digimon video games as collectible cards or medals. In the Digimon universe, he's usually depicted as a complex and powerful antagonist with both fighting skills and intelligence.
