Mokumon

Mokumon (モクモン) is a Baby Digimon, also known as a Smoke Digimon, from the Digimon franchise. Its body is enveloped in a smoke-like vapor. Mokumon’s DigiCore is bare, and it uses smoke to protect it, giving it a unique way of life. The smoke is generated when its DigiCore is burned, and it is harmless to both Mokumon and other Digimon. Because it is still in the middle of digivolving, it will immediately flee when encountering an opponent. It scatters the smoke from its body to create confusion and escape. Overall, Mokumon isn't particularly harmful, and it's best to stay quiet if you encounter one. Mokumon has appeared in various Digimon anime, manga, and video games. In *Digimon Tamers*, a group of Mokumon were employed by Shibumi, and one even disguised itself as Shibumi to enter the real world. Mokumon also appears in *Digimon Frontier* and *Digimon Xros Wars*. In video games, it often appears as a recruitable or enemy character. It typically evolves into DemiMeramon through several different methods.
