Mothmon

Mothmon is an Insectoid Digimon from the Digimon franchise. It armor-digivolves through the power of the "Digi-Egg of Knowledge." Mothmon is known for its rough temperament and aggressive nature. It stores phosphorus powder in its wings, which can be used to intimidate enemies or as a gunpowder component. Mothmon's primary attacks include firing scale bullets from a gattling gun attached to its abdomen (Morphon Gatling), and scattering paralyzing poison powder (Gauss Powder). In some games, it can also absorb energy from enemy Digimon. Its design is characterized by the Crest of Knowledge on its wings, and it's a mythical Digimon that appears during large Kunemon outbreaks. Mothmon has appeared across various Digimon media, including anime, manga, video games, and trading card games. It also appears in the virtual pets D-3, D-Gather and D-Spirit. Its card is part of the Digimental of Knowledge set.
