Parent Title:
街霸 街头霸王, Street Fighter, ストリートファイター
Lee is a non-playable character from the Street Fighter series, first appearing in the original Street Fighter game as one of the ten computer-controlled opponents. Lee is a Chinese martial artist who only fights those he recognizes as true fighters. He is the uncle of the twin brothers Yun and Yang from Street Fighter III. Yun is visually similar to Lee (ponytail, blue cap), and his dashing punch special attack, the Zesshou Hohou is similar to Lee's own dashing punch attack. Not much is known about Lee's past, but he possibly knows Chun-Li, as she mentions him in Yang's Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition ending. He is now semi-retired and runs a real estate agency while training himself in the art of the Drunken Fist. Lee's character is likely based on both Li Shuwen (the most famous Bajiquan practitioner that's been featured in various media in Japan) and Beggar So, a character famous for his Drunken Fist style portrayed in Jackie Chan films.
