Rolento F. Schugerg (ロレント・F・シュゲルグ) is a character from the *Final Fight* and *Street Fighter* series. He first appeared as the fourth stage boss in *Final Fight*, and later became a playable character in *Street Fighter Alpha 2*. Rolento is a muscular, athletic, German-American man with striking white eyes (depicted as pupil-less in most official artwork), pronounced jaw and cheekbones, and a scar running from his forehead, through his nose bridge, to the left side of his face. A former member of the Mad Gear Gang, he later seeks to create his own military utopia. Rolento is an expert in guerrilla tactics, psychological warfare, and various weapons, particularly a staff and grenades. He dreams of building a military-based utopian nation with himself as its supreme ruler, but he desires his citizens to live happily and have free will, rejecting any form of totalitarian rule. He is also known for attempting to recruit former enemies to his cause, such as Sodom and Guy.
