Necro

Necro, also known as Illia, is a fictional character in the Street Fighter series. He first appeared in Street Fighter III: New Generation. Necro is a Russian man who gained the ability to stretch his limbs like rubber and generate electrical currents due to genetic experiments performed on him by the Secret Society. He is tall and lean, completely bald with pale skin and orange-red markings on his face and shoulders. He wears a metal collar and purple overalls. Necro has a unique fighting style, combining limb extensions similar to Dhalsim and electric attacks like Blanka. While his moves have advantages, such as long-range attacks and high-damage combos, his speed is slower and some moves have risks. Necro holds a deep grudge against the Secret Society for his transformation and is determined to seek revenge. His girlfriend, Effie, often accompanies him in his escape and fights.
