Kanzuki Karin

Karin Kanzuki (神月 かりん, Kanzuki Karin) is a character from the Street Fighter series, first appearing in the 1996 manga Sakura Ganbaru! before becoming a playable character in Street Fighter Alpha 3. She is Sakura Kasugano's self-proclaimed rival and the heiress to the wealthy Kanzuki Zaibatsu. Karin is known for her haughty demeanor, often referring to others as 'commoners' and believing herself superior. She is a skilled martial artist, using her own style known as Kanzuki-ryu kakutojutsu. While initially focused on defeating Sakura, Karin eventually learns to appreciate the value of the fight itself rather than just victory. In Street Fighter V, she takes over leadership of the Kanzuki Zaibatsu, displaying a more refined and respectful attitude, while still retaining a competitive spirit. She maintains a friendly rivalry with Sakura and develops relationships with other fighters like Ken and Ryu. Her iconic look consists of a red sailor uniform with large ringlet hair, though she adopts a red business suit in Street Fighter V.
