Onaga

Onaga, also known as the Dragon King, is a major antagonist in the Mortal Kombat franchise. He first appeared as the main antagonist and final boss in Mortal Kombat: Deception and later returned as a playable character in Mortal Kombat: Armageddon. Within the Mortal Kombat lore, Onaga is the former ruler of Outworld before Shao Kahn, known for his immense power and ability to resurrect his armies. He was betrayed and poisoned by Shao Kahn and later resurrected through the machinations of the sorcerer Shujinko. Onaga possesses powerful draconic physiology, including fire breath, flight, and high resistance to magic. He seeks to dominate all realms and attempted to achieve this by gathering the Kamidogu artifacts. Onaga demonstrates immense strength in the games, even withstanding attacks from Raiden, Shang Tsung, and Quan Chi combined. Although he appears multiple times as a powerful foe in Mortal Kombat, he ultimately fails to achieve his ambition of ruling all realms.
