D'Vorah

D'Vorah is a character in the Mortal Kombat series, first appearing in Mortal Kombat X. She belongs to the Kytinn race, a sentient insect species with a hive mind originating from the Arnyek Islands. D'Vorah's appearance is insect-like, featuring yellow chitinous skin, wings/pincers on her back, and compound eyes. She initially served Shao Kahn and later became an advisor and second-in-command to Kotal Kahn. She is known for her cunning and loyalty, but her primary allegiance is always to the survival of her own race, the Kytinn. She possesses the ability to control insects, using them in combat to attack in swarms or heal wounds. In the story, she often betrays her allies, ultimately acting for her own and her species' benefit. In Mortal Kombat 11, she continues to play a significant role, further solidifying her status as a cunning and opportunistic villain. Besides her combat skills, she also has some regenerative ability and can use poison, acid and various insects in combat.
