Leatherface

Leatherface, also known as Jedidiah Sawyer, is the main antagonist of the classic horror film series The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. He is known for his gruesome masks, hulking figure, and chainsaw, making him one of the most iconic slasher villains in horror. In Mortal Kombat X, Leatherface made his debut as a playable guest character, available through DLC as part of Kombat Pack 2. Leatherface retains his brutal image in the game, using chainsaws and heavy weapons to fight, and maintaining his iconic appearance. His backstory is often linked to the Sawyer family in Texas, a family of cannibals. Leatherface's appearance combines with Mortal Kombat's gory fighting style, further emphasizing his horror image and destructive power within the game. The Mortal Kombat series is an American fighting game franchise, originally developed by Midway Games in 1992, known for its high levels of graphic violence, including the iconic finishing move, "Fatalities." The series has spawned various media forms including comics, films, and animations. The addition of Leatherface brings an even darker and more horrifying aspect to the fighting world of Mortal Kombat.
