After his death, his heart, filled with negative energy, crystallized into a ruby-like demonic stone called the "Gem of Tetsurri." The gem was used in *Mortal Kombat: Defenders of the Realm* to create chaos. Though Tetsurri himself is long gone, his legacy, particularly the gem formed from his heart, has had a profound impact on the Mortal Kombat lore and is a key element in multiple storylines. His name is even considered a forgotten legend by Raiden.
