Rojack

Rojack, sometimes misspelled as Rojak, is a high-ranking officer and dangerous member of the Black Dragon crime syndicate, known for his cunning. His real name is Jack Morris, and he was once one of the most wanted men in America and Hong Kong. In the Special Forces comics, Rojack is the main villain, seeking to obtain an ancient artifact called the Kitai, said to be created by the gods and possessing the power to open portals to other dimensions. To get this artifact, Rojack takes Jax and Mikka hostage, threatening the Special Forces. When the Special Forces defeat him and his squad, he is thrown into a portal leading to Outworld, where he ends up trapped. Although Rojack has not directly appeared in the Mortal Kombat games, his backstory remains relevant to the series' lore, particularly within the comics, where he serves as a figure attempting to leverage mystical power to expand the influence of the Black Dragon crime syndicate.
