Haon

Haon is a character in the Samurai Shodown RPG, serving as a major antagonist in the game's second chapter. Haon is a demonic servant of Mizuki and the first demon the party encounters, partially responsible for Reon joining the team. Initially, he was Mizuki's guardian, a kind demon, with a close relationship with Reon's ancestor. However, after Mizuki's possession by an evil spirit, he tried to intervene but was defeated. In the game's story, players learn about his past kindness and his current controlled, savage state. To gain power, he accepted enhancements from onmyoji, reverting to a wild beast. Players face different choices in the game, they can either make Haon remember his past or defeat him directly. In any case, Haon's fate is to be destroyed as a vessel for Mizuki's evil power. As Mizuki's servant, he is a brutal beast, but in the past, he was a kind and simple demon who loved humans and hated Genjuro's scent. In battle, he uses his demonic powers, attacking with long limbs in a giant form.
