Deku/Dekuina

Deku and Dekuina are characters in the Samurai Shodown series, also known as 木偶♂ and 木偶♀. They are semi-human dolls created by the villain Yuga to serve as vessels for his resurrection. Deku is based on Haohmaru, while Dekuina is based on Shiki. They have pieces of their original counterparts' flesh embedded in their heads, granting them superhuman strength. Deku fights using a curved scimitar-like weapon, mimicking both Haohmaru's Shura/Slash and Rasetsu/Bust fighting styles. Dekuina fights using two swords, mimicking Shiki's Shura/Slash and Rasetsu/Bust styles. Deku can levitate and summon unblockable hellfires, while Dekuina dives underground for attacks. Though powerful warriors created by Yuga, they were destroyed when Yuga was defeated. They lack emotions, essentially being emotionless puppets, symbolized by the same stylized eye shared among Yuga and his servants.
