Jushiro Sakaki/Jushiro Tatsumi

Jushiro Sakaki, formerly known as Jushiro Tatsumi, is a character from *Samurai Shodown: Warriors Rage*. He was once a samurai of the Bakufu government, where he was mentored by Kuki and became friends with Jin-Emon Hanafusa. He fell in love with a female samurai named Karen, but their feelings were hindered by duty and formality. After Karen was killed by Oboro, Jushiro became disillusioned with the Bakufu and abandoned his samurai status. He then joined the anti-Bakufu group called "Atom Rebels," seeking revenge for Karen. Jushiro has a relaxed and laid-back personality, often preferring to sleep, but he is sharp-witted and quick to act when women are in danger. His fighting style combines close-range swordsmanship with long-range gun attacks, the gun being acquired from the scene of Karen's death. Despite only appearing in *Samurai Shodown: Warriors Rage*, Jushiro has left a lasting impression due to his unique backstory and combat style.
