Youkai Kusaregedo

Youkai Kusaregedo, also known as "Gedo Kusaregedo", is a character in the Samurai Shodown series, first appearing in Samurai Shodown V. He was once a human who fell into becoming a youkai due to consuming human flesh during a famine. He lost his memories as a human, retaining only an insatiable hunger for flesh. Characterized by his decaying appearance, exposed bones, and a bone on his arm used as a weapon, he enjoys devouring humans whole, sometimes leaving only their skulls or hair behind. Although he was once a kind father, his hunger as a youkai overpowers all emotions, even his love for his daughter. Kusaregedo's design combines elements from other series characters like Earthquake and Gen-an. His signature line, "Itadakimasu" (I'm going to eat you), is also a defining trait.
