Andrew (アンドリュー) is a character in the *Samurai Shodown* (known in Japan as *Samurai Spirits*, サムライスピリッツ) series, debuting in *Samurai Shodown VI*. He is one of the new characters and the male protagonist of that game. He is voiced by Kazuki Ishii. Andrew was created to be a global rival to Yoshitora, and his attire reflects the period of his country. He is modeled after U.S. President Andrew Jackson, which is further emphasized in his stage and introductions. Andrew is portrayed as a serious and dedicated individual, who always puts his country's interests above all else. In gameplay, Andrew is a mid-range character.
