Tseng

Tseng (ツォン, Tseng) is the cool-headed and unwavering leader of the Turks, an elite covert ops unit of the Shinra Electric Power Company in the Final Fantasy VII series. He is known for his composure and professionalism, managing his eccentric subordinates and reporting directly to Rufus Shinra. Tseng first appeared in Final Fantasy VII and has since played a significant role in other titles such as Before Crisis -Final Fantasy VII-, Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, and Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-. He is skilled in martial arts and is adept at various clandestine missions, including surveillance, intel gathering, and combat. Tseng has complex feelings for Aerith Gainsborough, watching over her since childhood. Although loyal to Shinra, he sometimes takes action to protect Aerith. In Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, Tseng appears as a boss and plays a critical role in the storyline. His character is stoic and conflicted, harboring hidden care and responsibility for certain individuals.
