Reno

Reno (レノ) is a recurring prominent character in the Final Fantasy VII series, a member of the Turks, Shinra's special operations unit. He is known for his unruly red hair, sardonic grin, and somewhat cavalier attitude. Reno often works alongside his partner, Rude. While seemingly nonchalant, Reno is a competent and skilled operative, proficient in using his electromagnetic rod for rapid attacks. He appears as a minor antagonist in Final Fantasy VII, with an expanded role in Final Fantasy VII Remake, and a minor role in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. He is also a playable character in Before Crisis -Final Fantasy VII-. Reno also appears in spin-offs like Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children and Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-. Reno is cynical and somewhat lazy, but also takes pride in his work. He is a skilled helicopter pilot, has a penchant for gossip and has conflicting feelings about the darker aspects of his job. Despite this, he remains loyal to Shinra, carrying out his assignments with a unique flair.
