Reeve Tuesti

Reeve Tuesti is a significant character in Final Fantasy VII and its related works. He is the head of the Urban Development department at the Shinra Electric Power Company, responsible for the city planning and maintenance of Midgar. Unlike other executives, Reeve is genuinely concerned about the residents of the slums and aims to improve their living conditions, leading to his scorn by his peers. He is a compassionate and responsible individual, gradually developing resentment towards the company after witnessing their cruel acts. Reeve possesses a unique ability called "Inspire," allowing him to breathe life into inanimate objects, which he uses to control the robot Cait Sith. Initially, he uses Cait Sith to spy on Cloud's party and steal the keystone. However, he eventually becomes their ally after witnessing Aerith's death and the planet's crisis. Reeve later founds the World Regenesis Organization (WRO) to rebuild the planet. He is also active in works like Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children and Dirge of Cerberus, continuing to fight for the planet's protection. Reeve is a complex and admirable character.
